Tafseer e Mazhari is a Sunni Tafseer of Holy Quran written by Qazi Sana Ullah Usmani Mujadidi Pani Patti (R.A) popularly known as Qazi Sana Ullah Pani Patti (R.A). This exegesis of Holy Quran which is widely accepted and read by Muslims of different schools of thought. Qazi Sana Ullah Pani Patti (R.A) was born in Pani Pat. Pani Pat is a place which holds historic importance. He was the contemporary of Shah Wali Ullah. Qazi Sahib's ancestors include Sheikh Jalaluddin Kabeer ul Auliya. His lineage or ascending line of parentage reaches Hazrat Usman Ghani (R.A).

The author completed his religious education at the age of 18. He read Hadith from a famous scholar Shah Wali Ullah Muhadis Dehalvi (R.A). He took Baih on the hands of Sheikh Muhammad Abid Sanami. After his death he chose Hazrat Mirza Mazhar (R.A) as his spiritual master. Mirza Sahib had a great love for the author. He used to call the author as Ilmul Huda due to the level of his literary knowledge. Shah Abdul Aziz Muhadis Dehalvi (R.A) gave him the title of 'Behqi'.
